Process

Interviews, Workshops & Content Flow

The need for a collaboration tool was met with challenges created by regulatory requirements from the CDC and NIH. Business requirement gathering workshops were facilitated with the stakeholders to understand the vision of the coordinating university, as well as understand the needs of the users. Information gathered in workshops was used to map out content flow of the site. Feedback was then gathered from the project team and multiple iterations were created to hone in on what would be the best user experience addressing the different personas.

Design

Low fidelity wireframes were created based on these decisions with multiple iterations before diving into high fidelity wireframes. This started with rough ideas in the original wireframe and the design progressing through the feedback cycle.

Outcome

The client was happy with the process and end result. Two additional projects were added with this client as a result of the success.
